Are electronic signatures valid for range waivers in the U.S.? +

Federal ESIGN law and state electronic-transaction laws generally recognize electronic signatures. Enforceability also depends on the waiver language, how consent is presented, and applicable state law. Verifyistic records the signing evidence; your attorney should review the waiver itself.

What happens after I publish a new waiver version? +

New signers receive the current version. Existing records remain attached to the exact version they signed, so publishing v3 never rewrites a v1 or v2 record.

Can customers sign before they arrive? +

Yes. Send a secure link, embed the flow on your site, place a QR code in confirmations, or use kiosk mode at the counter. All channels feed the same record system.

Can we migrate existing waiver history? +
